bworkx exists to make ERP decisions and implementations less expensive to get wrong. The practice is built around one platform family and a narrow set of services.
What bworkx is
bworkx is an ERP consulting practice for mid-market companies. We help teams select a system, implement it, rescue one that has stalled, and keep it running afterwards.
The specialisation is Frappe and ERPNext. That is a deliberate constraint, not a lack of ambition. Depth in one ecosystem produces better outcomes than a broad menu of shallow options, and it means the advice is not shaped by reseller incentives.
Why ERP, and why this platform
ERP work sits where operations, finance, and software meet. It is unglamorous, easy to mismanage, and expensive when it fails. That makes it a useful place to be good at something specific.
Frappe and ERPNext are a strong fit for mid-market companies that need real configurability without a per-seat licence that punishes growth. They are also honest systems: the data model is visible, the code can be inspected, and there is no vendor lock-in on the application layer.

We exhaust configuration before writing code. Every customisation is a long-term liability and is documented as one.
Small releases, visible progress
Work ships in two-week increments with something you can click, test, and sign off, not a slide deck.
Data migration is the project
Most ERP failures are data failures. Reconciliation and sign-off are planned from week one, not left to go-live.
How the practice stays honest
There are no client logos on this site, because there are no named clients yet. The work section contains lab builds with synthetic data, clearly labelled. When real engagements can be described publicly, they will be added with permission and with the same level of detail.
We do not take vendor commissions. We do not claim certifications or partnerships we do not hold. If a question is outside our experience, the answer is that it is outside our experience.
Working together
Engagements start with a conversation and, usually, a short diagnostic. Work is delivered remotely with the option of on-site sessions for discovery and go-live. Every engagement ends with documentation you own.
